Rob Lenfestey was chosen to be one of the very first Wim Hof Method Instructors in the United States.
Rob suffered from poor circulation and and circulatory disorder called Reynaud’s Syndrome.
With the help of the Wim Hof Method Rob has gone from losing circulation in mild cold to being able to perform feats of cold endurance that were thought to be impossible only a few years ago by the scientific community.
The Wim Hof Method is grounded in science. In our class we will learn the basic breath work and mindfulness exercises at the foundation of the method. We will Explore the science and, finally, we will explore cold exposure.
Workshops vary greatly based on location, numbers and the nature of cold training. Generally inflatable pools and icemakers or bags of ice are used for the cold training. These can greatly change the cost of the workshop.
