Sound from the body outward

Music made from feel rather than formula carries something a template cannot: a real nervous system, moving in real time.

There is music that is assembled and music that is grown. Assembled music starts from a template and fills in the blanks. Grown music starts from the body, from a state, from a moment, and lets the structure emerge from the feel. You can hear the difference, even when you cannot name it.

Under the name Amorphos, the work is atmospheric and exploratory: textures, drift, space to breathe. Under Lenfestey, it widens into the full catalog. Same hands, different rooms. The thread through both is that the music is made from the body outward, not from a formula inward.

This is the same principle that runs through everything else here. A body, a business, a piece of land, a piece of music: they all come alive when they are worked from the inside out, in relationship, in real time, rather than forced into a shape from the outside.

Press play and listen for it. The music is not trying to be impressive. It is trying to be alive.
